• Bachelor's degree in related discipline with 3 years post-related experience.
• Alternatively, 10 years of duties related to the post without a university degree.

Responsabilités

• Takes full responsibility for definition, approach, facilitation and completion of medium-scale projects.
• Provides effective leadership to the project team.
• Manages the change control process and assesses risks.
• Ensures realistic project plans and regular stakeholder communications.
• Ensures project deliverables meet cost, timescale and resource budgets.
