Vector Synergy in Belgium is seeking a Senior Project Manager with NATO Secret clearance for relocation to Braine-l'Alleud. The role focuses on managing acquisition and development projects for a large organization with international scope, demanding cross-functional leadership and strict adherence to C4ISR standards.

Mandatory NATO Secret security clearance and a B2B contract framework are required to navigate complex government procurement processes and collaboration across multinational teams.

Qualifications

• Recent experience (at least 3 years) in PM of acquisition or development projects for large organizations.
• Strong experience with PM tools, managing cost and labour.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in an international environment.
• Proven success as a project team leader in C4ISR acquisition projects.
• Project Management automation experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of NATO or national governmental acquisition policy and procurement procedures.

Responsabilités

• Selecting appropriately from, and assessing the impact of change to applicable standards, methods, tools, applications and processes relevant to own specialism.
• Maximising the capabilities of applications for their role and evaluating and supporting the use of new technologies and digital tools.
• Contributing specialist expertise to requirements definition in support of proposals.
