EMW, Inc. seeks a Cyber Security Senior Project Manager to lead NSIP-related cyber procurement projects. You will coordinate resources, manage timelines and budgets, and report progress to NATO committees. Strong PM, defense sector experience, and NATO clearance are essential for success.

The role requires clear communication, leadership of project teams, and deep familiarity with NSIP processes. On-site work in a NATO context is expected with potential remote elements as approved.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years PM experience.
• Experience as a Project Manager for large organisations in defence.
• 2+ years with NATO or MoD in military/ICT delivery.
• Strong communication and briefing skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of NSIP; bid development experience.
• English at NATO STANAG 6001 level 3.

Responsabilités

• Manage NSIP projects and major cyber procurement initiatives.
• Plan, request and deploy resources to meet milestones and actions.
• Define, execute and close projects with proposals and sourcing input.
• Review project approach with Projects Portfolio Manager.
• Monitor progress and risk against budget and timelines.
• Provide regular status reports to leadership and NATO committees.
• Understand customer needs, collect data, deliver analysis and resolve issues.
• Provide effective leadership to the project team.
• Address deviations through risk management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM within NCIA.
