EMW in Belgium is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large IT/C4ISR projects on-site in Braine-l'Alleud. You will plan, execute and govern project activities in line with NATO regulations and NCI Agency requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple locations and stakeholders.

The role requires an active NATO SECRET clearance, a relevant degree and PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent, with several years of PM experience in large IT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years post-related experience, or 10 years equivalent expertise.
• Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
• Formal project management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP).
• Recent extensive PM experience in a large-scale IT organization.
• Experience with planning, design and implementation of C4ISR systems.
• Strong communication and briefing skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement and manage assigned projects per NATO/NCI Agency policies.
• Develop business case and funding proposals to secure sponsorship.
• Lead teams, manage KPIs, risks, and cash flow; ensure quality artefacts.
• Understand client requirements, collect data, deliver analysis and resolution.
• Travel to NATO/national facilities as required.
