Spektrum in Belgium is seeking a proactive Project Administrator to support NATO NCIA related projects. You will handle day-to-day project administration, planning, time approvals, and cost tracking within a multi-project portfolio, partnering with Project Managers and resource managers.

The role requires strong Excel and BI reporting skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive, diplomatic approach to stakeholders. A hybrid work policy and travel to NATO sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing day-to-day project administration and project support within a portfolio or multi-project environment on high profile projects.
• 2+ years post-related experience; or, exceptionally, 5+ years in duties related to project administration, planning, or control.
• Experience supporting baselining, time approvals, and financial/resource management.
• Experience with project planning tools and BI/reporting (Excel/SharePoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Providing day-to-day project administration and project support to projects, with specific focus on NSIP project.
• Supporting project planning activities and performing or supporting time approvals when projects are in execution.
• Providing financial administration support, including processing of purchase requests when required.
• Reviewing project plans and cost estimates prior to dissemination, ensuring baselines are properly managed.
• Supporting Project Managers in planning, control, reporting, and use of BI tools.
• Assisting in analysis of project KPIs and resource management information.
