Hunter International, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead NSIP cyber security procurement programs in an international setting. You will define scope, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are met with effective resource allocation.

The role requires formal PM credentials, strong cyber security certifications, and experience managing ICT projects across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Security+).
• IT certifications such as ITIL 4, Agile PM, AWS Practitioner, CSM, etc.
• Experience leading teams of 3–5 personnel.
• Experience managing Cyber Security or ICT projects.
• Experience working in an international environment with military and civilian elements.

• A recognised formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, US DAWIA Program Management Level II, Managing Successful Programmes , Risk Management Professional, Lean Six-Sigma, etc ;
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP);
• Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL 4, Agile PM, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), etc .
• Experience leading teams of 3-5 personnel ;
• Experience in the management of Cyber Security or ICT projects ;
• Experience working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements .

Duties/role:

• Managing NSIP projects and, in particular, implementing major procurement projects in the area of Cyber Security ;
• Identifying, planning, requesting, and managing the deployment of resources to meet project milestones and initiating corrective actions when necessary ;
• Defining, executing, and ensuring the satisfactory completion of projects, including preparing and submitting project proposals and contributing to source selections according to the defined procurement strategy. .
