Spektrum seeks a seasoned Project Manager to deliver large-scale NSIP cyber security initiatives within NATO frameworks. You will coordinate across the NCIA environment, manage procurement, and drive projects with 3–5 person teams.

On-site work in Belgium is expected, with extensive liaison to military and civilian stakeholders. The role requires a strong background in C4ISR-related delivery, excellent communication, and a formal project management qualification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific or engineering discipline and 3 years post-related experience (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering C4ISR capabilities in a defence context is required.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, with strong briefing skills.
• Knowledge of NATO NSIP, CFCDGM, and related governance is highly desirable.
• Experience leading small teams (3–5 personnel) and managing cybersecurity or ICT projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee NSIP procurement projects in cyber security.
• Plan, assign, and deploy resources to meet milestones and budget.
• Define and execute project proposals, source selections, and work orders.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables; report to leadership and NATO committees.
• Provide leadership to the project team and manage deviations through risk controls.
