EMW in Mons, Belgium seeks a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to support NATO-related cyber monitoring and capability development under CES. The role involves translating operational needs into engineering requirements and coordinating with NATO stakeholders.

The contractor will work on-site in Mons, with a strong focus on CIS monitoring, security architecture, and procurement documentation. NATO SECRET clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus 3 years post-related experience.
• Alternatively, 10+ years of progressive cyber security work in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilités

• Support development, refinement and management of cyber and CIS monitoring requirements.
• Engage with NATO stakeholders to solicit, analyse and document technical requirements.
• Translate operational needs into engineering and system requirements.
• Develop and maintain engineering artefacts: specs, use cases, user stories, diagrams, and architecture products.
• Support the design of CIS capabilities including hardware, software and network considerations.
• Provide input on cyber monitoring technologies, including sensors, logging and analytics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are complete and feasible.
• Assist in procurement documentation: IFB, SOW, specs and criteria.
• Translate NATO needs into industry-friendly language for solutions.
