• Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail in a pressurised environment

Responsabilités

• Prepare courier schedules and routes.
• Coordinate the distribution of work amongst couriers.
• Monitor the daily delivery cycle and update systems accordingly.
• Provide support to couriers and resolve issues.
• Contact customers for information or to advise on service issues.
• Proactively report issues and compile productivity reports.
