FedEx is seeking a motivated Dispatch Agent in Machelen to coordinate daily transport activities and support drivers, clients, and stakeholders. You will take ownership of operational tasks, lead meetings when needed, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

You will communicate with drivers in French and Dutch, while English is used for international correspondence, ensuring accurate updates and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a team in a busy transport and/or dispatch environment is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and basic PC literacy.
• Good geographical knowledge of the operational area.
• Focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and manage time under pressure.

• Coordinate and monitor dispatch activities for timely execution.
• Communicate with drivers in French; Dutch as working language; English for international correspondence.
