Crosby Europe in Heist-op-den-Berg, Belgium, seeks an Accountant Coordinator to bridge customers and the organization, handling quotations, orders and inquiries in a multilingual environment.

You will work closely with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, accurate pricing, and smooth order execution while contributing to our service excellence.

Professional bachelor or equivalent and experience in customer-focused roles are valued; SAP and MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.
• Experience in customer service or order processing is a plus.
• Experience in multicultural international environment.
• Commercial mindset with customer focus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Process and manage customer orders.
• Serve as primary contact for customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill orders.
• Provide updates on deliveries, lead times and order status.
• Support continuous improvements in customer service processes.
• Determine shipping method and calculate freight charges.
• Organize shipments and coordinate with traffic.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to build customer relationships.
• Go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
