Professional bachelor or equivalent and experience in customer-focused roles are valued; SAP and MS Office skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Process and manage customer orders.
• Serve as primary contact for customers.

• Determine shipping method and calculate freight charges.

We are looking for an Accountant Coordinator to join our team at Crosby Europe in Heist-op-den-Berg, Belgium.

In this role, you will be the link between our customers and our organization. Working closely with your multilingual colleagues, you will ensure that quotations, orders, and customer requests are handled efficiently and professionally, helping our customers succeed while contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Processing and managing customer orders
• Serving as a trusted point of contact for customers
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders
• Providing proactive updates on deliveries, lead times, and order status
• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and solution-oriented manner
• Supporting continuous improvements in customer service processes
• Determining the most suitable shipping method and calculating freigt charges
• Organizing shipments and coordinating with traffic department
• Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to provide outstanding customer experience and build strong customer relationships
• Going the extra mile to support customers and ensure their needs

Qualifications

• Professional bachelor or equal through experience

• Customer Service experience or equivalent through education

• Commercially minded with a strong customer focus

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with order management and customer service systems
• Interest in technical products and willingness to develop product knowledge

Languages (one of the first four should be native)

• Fluent in Dutch
• Good knowledge of German is preferred
• Good knowledge of French is preferred
• Additional language skills are considered an asset
