Hermès is seeking a Client Relations Agent fluent in Swedish and English to support customers across Benelux-Nordics from our Brussels region. Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, retail or e-commerce sectors is preferred.
• Empathetic and friendly with strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Swedish and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Organized and able to set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Assertive, analytical, self-reliant with good stress and conflict management.
• Team player with capability to work across multiple programs.

Responsabilités

• Advise customers by telephone and via digital channels, providing a high-quality omnichannel experience.
• Maintain quality of relationships with customers and stores in line with service philosophy.
• Provide comprehensive product information (features, availability, reservations, etc.).
• Explain procedures (purchases, returns, exchanges) and ensure follow-up with the relevant store.
