Jan De Nul is seeking an HSE Manager for our Liège region to oversee safety across major civil projects, including datacenter expansion. You will lead safety inspections, implement policies, and train site teams while liaising with management to keep projects safe and compliant.

The role requires Level 2 safety advisor certification, 8+ years in construction safety, and strong English/French communication. A permanent on-site position with an attractive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Level 2 certification as a safety advisor.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction safety.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsabilités

• Monitor safety and progress of projects through risk analyses and safety inspections.
• Coordinate with site management, foremen, workers and subcontractors on safety matters.
• Prepare safety procedures, reports, and toolbox talks; develop project-specific safety documents.
