Job summary

ML6 - Accelerate Intelligence is seeking an AI Project Manager to align client objectives with technical execution. You will lead AI engineers, manage end-to-end delivery, and ensure on-time, on-scope, within-budget outcomes across Europe from Ghent to Berlin.

The role requires 5+ years of IT PM experience, a Master’s degree or equivalent, and fluency in English with Dutch or German preferred. Hybrid work across multiple EU offices is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering AI-driven projects.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or German proficiency strongly preferred.
• Hybrid work setup from Ghent, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Berlin or Munich.

Responsibilities

• Discovery, scoping and translating business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and engineering for clear communication.
• Identify expansion opportunities and propose AI use cases to leadership.
• Own end-to-end delivery from sprint planning to final delivery.
• Oversee governance, budgeting and resource allocation for profitability.
• Ensure compliance, security, privacy and responsible AI standards.
• Apply agile execution across diverse client workflows and tooling.
