Sopra Steria (Belux) is seeking an AI Lead to deliver innovative AI solutions and to guide a team of consultants. You will drive business value through AI in Supply Chain Optimization & Planning and Smart Search & Assistance, while developing the people around you and shaping a high-performing AI community.

You will mentor, manage objectives, and stay at the forefront of AI trends, contributing to pre-sales, governance, and knowledge sharing across the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI, ML, DS, Generative AI.
• Experience in consulting and stakeholder management.
• Enjoy coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and conduct career conversations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions that create tangible business value.
• Develop ML models and intelligent applications within our AI domains (Supply Chain Optimization & Planning; Smart Search & Assistance).
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI architectures and innovative solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, client workshops, proposals, and innovation initiatives.
• Stay at the forefront of AI trends and expand technical expertise.
• Build strong relationships with your team and act as their primary people partner.
• Coach and mentor team members in their professional and personal development.
• Define and monitor SMART objectives aligned with business goals.
• Manage onboarding, performance conversations, and career planning.
• Identify growth opportunities within the AI community.
• Participate in governance and people-focused management meetings.
• Mobilize consultants for community initiatives, customer presentations, and knowledge-sharing events.
• Strengthen visibility of our AI practice internally and externally.
