Job summary

VF Corporation in Antwerp, Belgium is seeking a Sales Representative for the BELUX region to drive growth across Eastpak, Jansport, and Kipling. You will manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities in a defined territory, aligning with the EMEA GTM strategy.

You will translate brand positioning into local plans, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Finance to deliver integrated actions. Travel up to 70% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B sales or account management in Belgium (BELUX).
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills with negotiation ability.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time within BELUX.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional account strategy in line with EMEA priorities.
• Build long-term partnerships with local customers and develop new distribution.
• Translate brand positioning into local account plans and drive sell-in/sell-through.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Finance and other teams.
• Monitor performance, forecasts, and opportunities to optimize growth.
