Job summary

Eastpak is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth for Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling across BELUX, based in Antwerp, Belgium. You will manage existing accounts, develop new business, and translate brand positioning into local plans while collaborating with marketing and finance teams.

The role reports to the Senior Sales Manager Belux & Scandi and requires 3–5 years in B2B sales or account management, fluency in Dutch, French and English, and up to 70% travel within BELUX.

Qualifications

• Around 3–5 years of B2B sales or account management experience in Belgium.
• Strong commercial, relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrix environment.
• Sales mindset with attention to detail and hands-on execution.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within BELUX.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute regional account strategy aligned with Go-To-Market priorities.
• Build long-term partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
• Translate brand positioning into local account plans and sell-through actions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and activate new accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning and Finance to coordinate actions.
