VF Corporation seeks a dynamic Sales Representative to join the Packs team in Antwerp, Belgium, representing Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling across BELUX. You will manage a defined portfolio of existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and translate brand positioning into local account plans while collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales or account management in Belgium, ideally in bags/backpacks/related consumer category.
• Strong commercial, relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrix environment.
• Sales mindset with attention to detail and hands-on execution.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within BELUX.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the regional account strategy in line with EMEA Go-To-Market priorities.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships tailored to local market and customer needs.
• Analyse market, competitor, and consumer trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Translate the distinct positioning of Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling into relevant local account plans.
• Deliver sustainable sales and profitability growth across the assigned portfolio.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and other commercial teams to deliver coordinated account actions.
