Job summary

Neurho Solutions in Belgium seeks a Business Analyst Mortgage Loans to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a credit origination system. You will join a mortgage loans squad, bridging business needs with technology and maintaining clear requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

You elicit and document requirements, work with product owners, architects and experts to shape domain knowledge, define metrics, and ensure test conditions align with expectations.

Qualifications

• You have a master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of relevant business analysis experience.
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods.
• Good expertise in Microsoft Office.
• A good understanding of IT and software testing.
• Experience in requirements management and workflow processes.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience in the mortgage loans domain.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and SMEs to develop domain knowledge and high-level requirements.
• Analyse and design business processes, product requirements and use cases.
• Define application metrics and performance goals with the project team.
• Explain requirements to designers and translate them into test conditions and expected results.
• Manage requirements traceability, impact and coverage; review designs against requirements.
• Plan and execute the requirements management strategy, coordinate dependencies with delivery teams, and liaise with business stakeholders.
