Koda Tech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major Belgian financial services project focusing on real estate and property data across the lending lifecycle. You will work with business and tech teams to assess the current solution, define future requirements and shape an improved data platform.

The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing data flows and processes, and facilitating workshops to drive acceptance criteria and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with application transformation or rebuild projects.
• Comfortable analysing complex data, business rules and end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyse existing applications, processes and data flows for improvements.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support redesign, modernisation or rebuild of the existing application.
• Analyse how property data is captured, validated and used in financing and collateral processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers and testers.
• Support data quality, migration, integration and reconciliation.
