Job summary
adesso Belgium is seeking a senior consultant to drive Copilot, AI, and Microsoft 365 solutions for public and enterprise clients. You will translate ambitions into secure, scalable plans and guide cross‑functional teams from concept to delivery, aligning strategy with governance and adoption.
With 5+ years in consulting and hands‑on Copilot/AI experience, you’ll lead workshops, craft clear requirements, and build reusable solutions.
Qualifications
- You are proficient with Copilot Studio and can keep agents on track.
- You understand how Microsoft 365 components collaborate to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- You hold a Microsoft certification or are ready to pursue one as you grow in the role.

You support testing, go-live, and continuous improvement once the agent meets the real world.
You set clear ownership, environment, data, and access rules, so “I thought you owned it” never becomes the governance model.
You keep approvals, monitoring, cost, and risk under control.
You build support through clear communication and active champion networks, not hopeful calendar invites.
You tailor training, check readiness, and stay close after launch, because even smart agents sometimes need a little push.
You test new shiny things without calling every hype the next big miracle.
You create clear requirements, solution designs, scope definitions, and implementation plans.

You feel at home in Copilot Studio and keep agents on the straight and narrow.
You know how SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Search, and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem work together to support collaboration, content, communication, and knowledge sharing.
You use Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, data integration, and Power Apps to make agents more capable and easier to use.
You connect agents safely to data, apps, and APIs, without leaving the back door open.
You use Azure OpenAI, retrieval-augmented generation, and search to build agents that give grounded, reliable answers rather than confident guesses.
You turn governance into clear agreements, not a rulebook nobody reads.
You use Azure DevOps or GitHub to keep source control, quality checks, and deployment pipelines organized.
You keep AI safe with strong permissions, data protection, and smart controls.
You run workshops that keep people awake, even after lunch.
You help change stick without an 83-page manual.
You make complex ideas clear, no technical dictionary required.
You bring min 5 years of experience, including 2 with Copilot, AI, or agents. You know the playing field.
You bring clients, technology, and business together, making complex choices understandable and keeping everyone focused on the outcome.
You make technical choices that stay clear and maintainable.
You keep projects calmly on track, even when everything shouts at once.
You hold a relevant Microsoft certification, or you are ready to add one as you grow in the role.
You spot opportunities, stay commercially aware, coach colleagues, and share what you know, rather than keeping the good stuff hidden in final_v7.
You are Dutch and/or French native speaker and fluent in ENG.
