Viva.com, Europe’s first Tech Bank for Businesses, is expanding its Inside Sales team in Belgium. You will promote services, onboard merchants, and support payment acceptance while coordinating with internal teams.

The role focuses on growing merchant relationships and delivering a seamless onboarding and activation experience. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and Dutch with a strong interest in technology and payments, and can collaborate effectively across departments to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring and analyzing account performance to drive growth.
• Strong interest in technology and payments domain.
• Ability to identify customer technical and commercial requirements to craft solutions.
• Strong presentation skills, especially over phone or video.
• Proven collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, or fluent in one with strong command of the other.

Responsabilités

• Assess and assign incoming leads to the appropriate team.
• Manage and assist existing merchants with onboarding and payment setup.
• Promote company services to potential merchants.
• Monitor and oversee active merchants post-activation for seamless collaboration.
• Act as a touchpoint between internal departments to support systems and processes.
• Enter and maintain up-to-date client information in the database.
• Monitor and analyze account performance to drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
