Silversquare is seeking a Workplace Adviser to act as the customer success engine of our coworking space. You will combine hospitality excellence with commercial drive to ensure a seamless daily experience for members and visitors.

Working closely with the Workplace Experience Manager and the Guest Experience Officer, you will nurture relationships, anticipate needs, and drive follow-up and CRM accuracy to support revenue targets and a thriving community.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, hospitality or coworking spaces.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and CRM discipline.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional member experience and support commercial performance.
• Build trust-based relationships with members and visitors.
• Collaborate with Workplace Experience Manager and Guest Experience Officer.
• Manage leads and opportunities, with follow-up and CRM maintenance.
• Support events and community engagement to strengthen the member journey.
