Job summary

The Hotel Brussels offers an exciting internship in management designed to provide hands-on experience in three areas: Project Management, HR Support, and Daily Hotel Operations. You will collaborate with hotel management to plan, execute, and monitor projects while supporting daily operations and HR initiatives.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a hospitality-related degree, fluent in English and French, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Enrolled in a Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related degree; internship agreement from Nov 2026 for at least 6 months.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service orientation.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Project Management activities: planning, execution, and monitoring of hotel projects.
• Support daily hotel operations: front desk, housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
• Provide HR support and help implement HR policies and procedures.
• Help ensure high standards of guest service and resolve inquiries or concerns.
• Assist in planning and executing events or promotions.
