The role requires deep ERP experience, people leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while navigating a multi-country program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with large ERP/SAP projects.
• English proficiency; German, Dutch, or Italian helpful.
• Travel up to 30% may be required.
• On-site at least 3 days a week with two remote days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Innovative Medicine SME for Clinical/R&D Quality to drive S/4HANA standardization.
• Ensure processes align with the Transcend blueprint.
• Act as Change Champion to support standardization and harmonization.
• Develop, document, and steward the Global Template.
• Provide insights for training design, compliance, and updates.
• Support quality compliance, system validation, and change control.
