recurv seeks a freelance Medior Business Project Manager to bridge business and IT in a data-driven environment. You will manage multiple projects, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and ensure delivery across business and technical teams.

You will coordinate changes end-to-end, track dependencies, and drive improvements to processes while collaborating with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint stakeholders to secure smooth data access and delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a Business Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or similar project delivery role.
• Pragmatic, autonomous, structured and delivery-oriented.
• Initial experience in the data domain and understanding of data concepts.
• Comfortable working where business, IT and data come together.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into requirements.
• Hands-on delivery focus and ownership of delivery and follow-up.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with SharePoint is relevant.

Freelance Project Manager – Data & Delivery

We are looking for a freelance Medior Business Project Manager to join a project within a data-driven business environment. In this role, you will combine hands‑on project management with business‑IT coordination, ensuring that various changes and data initiatives are successfully brought from business need to delivery.

Your Responsibilities

You will take ownership of several projects and initiatives while acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Independently managing and prioritising the backlog.
• Following up on changes end‑to‑end and ensuring that all topics are properly managed, tracked and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
• Reviewing and improving existing end‑to‑end processes based on best practices within the organisation.
• Gathering, clarifying and translating business needs into sufficiently mature requirements for development teams.
• Coordinating communication and collaboration between business and technical teams.
• Following up on development activities, identifying and mitigating risks, and coordinating open issues.
• Contributing to the definition of different access profiles for a centralised database.
• Supporting the automation of database access provisioning.
• Managing incoming data access requests.

Your Profile

• You have relevant experience as a Business Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or in a similar project delivery role.
• You are pragmatic, autonomous, structured and strongly delivery‑oriented.
• You have initial relevant experience within the data domain and understand the key principles and challenges related to data.
• You do not need to be a technical data specialist, but you are comfortable working in an environment where business, IT and data come together.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and can translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• You enjoy working hands‑on and taking ownership of delivery and follow‑up.
• You have strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with SharePoint is also relevant.
