LACO in Brussels is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data and analytics initiatives, from modern data platforms to AI use cases, working with business, IT, and management to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will drive scope, planning, governance, and risk management, while facilitating steering committees and aligning data strategies with business goals across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 10+ years delivering Data & Analytics projects.
• Experience managing scope, budget, planning, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe Essentials.
• PM² and/or PMBOK certification.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for Data & Analytics? We're looking for a driven professional to lead the delivery of strategic data initiatives, ranging from modern data platforms and reporting solutions to advanced analytics and AI use cases.

In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and management to ensure complex projects are delivered successfully, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, planning, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project governance.
• Facilitate steering committees and project status meetings.
• Drive successful delivery of data platforms, reporting solutions, data integrations, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 10+ years delivering Data & Analytics projects.
• Strong experience managing scope, budget, planning, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe Essentials.
• PM² and/or PMBOK certification.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Considered as a plus

• Experience with Azure Data Services.
• Knowledge of SAP and BW/4HANA.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Experience within domains such as transport, maintenance, HR, finance, or commercial operations.

Languages

• Fluent in Dutch or French (C-level) and a second language (Dutch/French/English) at minimum B2 level.
