recurv seeks a freelance Medior Business Project Manager to bridge business and IT in a data-driven environment. You will manage multiple projects, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and ensure delivery across business and technical teams.

You will coordinate changes end-to-end, track dependencies, and drive improvements to processes while collaborating with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint stakeholders to secure smooth data access and delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a Business Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or similar project delivery role.
• Pragmatic, autonomous, structured and delivery-oriented.
• Initial experience in the data domain and understanding of data concepts.
• Comfortable working where business, IT and data come together.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into requirements.
• Hands-on delivery focus and ownership of delivery and follow-up.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with SharePoint is relevant.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritise the backlog.
• Follow changes end-to-end and communicate with stakeholders.
• Review and improve end-to-end processes using best practices.
• Gather, clarify and translate business needs into requirements for development teams.
• Coordinate communication between business and technical teams.
• Follow up development activities, mitigate risks and coordinate open issues.
• Contribute to defining access profiles for a centralised database.
• Support automation of database access provisioning.
• Manage incoming data access requests.
