Capgemini's Sogeti Belgium is seeking a (Medior) Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery, aligning business goals with execution and balancing scope, time, cost, and quality. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate requirements into structured plans, and manage milestones and reporting across multiple clients and industries.

We value a pragmatic, helicopter-view mindset, comfort in ambiguity, and a track record of taking responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and professional verbal proficiency in French and English.
• 2–5 years of proven Project Manager experience.
• Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and project management practices (planning, risk, governance).
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile Project Management, PSM II, Leading SAFe, PMP or equivalent; Life science sector experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
• Own project planning and execution across scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risks.
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders and proactively manage dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into structured project plans and deliverables.
• Set up and manage work breakdown structures, KPIs, and performance reporting; Monitor progress and drive corrective actions where needed.
• Manage the full lifecycle, from initiation through delivery and handover.
