Sogeti Belgium is seeking a Delivery Scrum Master to guide teams toward high-value outcomes using Agile methods. You will promote collaboration, problem-solving, and transparency throughout the delivery cycle.

In this role you remove impediments, facilitate team coordination, and ensure alignment with stakeholders while applying Scrum principles to deliver value quickly and reliably.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager in IT.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and facilitation.
• Certifications such as PSM II, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI, PRINCE2 (advantage in banking).

YOUR ROLE

As a (Delivery) Scrum Master at Sogeti, you guide teams toward delivering high‑value outcomes using Agile ways of working. You promote a culture of collaboration, problem‑solving, and full transparency.

Core responsibilities:

• Remove impediments proactively to ensure teams can maintain focus and achieve the set goals.
• Support teams by encouraging problem‑solving, cross-functional ownership, and transparency throughout the delivery cycle.
• Cascade high goals to the team, facilitate team coordination activities and perform adequate delivery follow-up according to the team’s maturity
• Steer teams in effectively applying Agile/Scrum principles, fostering strong collaboration within and across teams, while keeping the focus on delivery.
• Keep stakeholders engaged, communicate clearly on progress and manage (their) expectations with regards to delivery and potential risks/issues.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about Agile approaches and know how to apply them within the set boundaries of organizations.

Must-haves:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an IT environment and a delivery-oriented mindset.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, facilitation techniques, and team‑delivery practices.
• General knowledge of Project Management, best practices in Waterfall and SDLC
• Professional verbal proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
• Professional certifications such as PSM II, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent and experience in the banking sector is a strong advantage.
