ENGIBEX, a Belgian engineering consulting firm, seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects from conception to delivery for production facilities, infrastructure and R&D.

You will assemble and guide project teams, define scope, deliverables, constraints, and manage client communications and changes.

Requires 3–5 years of project management experience across multiple disciplines, a technical background, and strong reporting and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 yrs experience managing End-to-End projects with full responsibility (from pre-study till execution and delivery) as project manager.
• Completed at least 5 relevant projects (100K-2500K) as project manager.
• Good knowledge and experience of all common project management aspects.
• Experience with MS project or equivalent planning software.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope in consultation with the client.
• Define deliverables: what is complete when the project is finished?
• Define constraints (budget, planning).
• Assemble and lead the project team.
• Oversee the technical design of the entire project.
• Prepare specifications / tender documents for orders, engineering firms, and contractors.
• Select orders, engineering firms, and contractors, including outsourcing if needed.
• Direct and monitor all resources, both internal and external.
• Maintain client contact to capture changes and implement them in the project.
• Report to stakeholders.
