Capgemini Engineering in Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Manager Generalist to lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PM experience in Life Sciences sectors.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving QA, Regulatory, Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• French fluency; English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Managing end-to-end project delivery across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare environments
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Engineering
• Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, GMP, GxP, and quality standards throughout project execution
• Leading governance meetings, tracking project performance, and providing clear communication to stakeholders and senior management
• Driving technology transfer, process improvement, digital transformation, validation, or operational excellence initiatives depending on project needs
• Identifying project risks, managing issue resolution, and implementing mitigation actions to ensure successful outcomes
• Supporting organizational change management and fostering collaboration across global and multidisciplinary teams
