We are looking for a Medior HRBP Officer to join an HRBP team within a leading organization in the energy & infrastructure sector.

Manage various HR processes and activities in SAP SuccessFactors

Create and maintain vacancies, positions, functions, and organizational structures

Support Performance Management and evaluation cycles

Prepare HR communications and distribution lists

Follow up with managers regarding objectives, evaluations, and deadlines

Support onboarding questionnaires and employee follow-ups

Maintain HR documentation and intranet content

Plan HR meetings and follow-up sessions

Support HRBPs, managers, and employees with SAP SuccessFactors and HR-related questions

Identify process improvements and develop more efficient ways of working

Relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook/Mail, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Accurate, analytical, systematic, solution-oriented and customer-focused

Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing requirements

Fluent French or Dutch, with at least passive knowledge of the other language

Ideal Profile: HR professionals with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, particularly those coming from HR Operations, HR Administration, HRIS, or HRBP environments.
