Inoxperience is seeking an experienced HRBP Officer for a hybrid role in Brussels. The position requires Dutch and French language skills, and involves supporting the HRBP Office with SAP SuccessFactors, onboarding, and performance management activities.

The contract is freelance with a daily rate of €550. The role focuses on HR actions, documentation, and reporting, while coordinating HRBP meetings and inquiries from managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, analytical and data-interpretation skills.
• Fluent in Dutch; able to communicate in French.

Responsabilités

• Maintain organizational structures and HR documentation on intranet.

For one of our clients, a major player in the energy sector, we are looking for an experienced HRBP Officer to support the HRBP Office team in its day-to-day activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing various HR actions in SAP SuccessFactors, including creating vacancies, positions and functions, processing employee changes and promotions, and maintaining organizational structures.
• Supporting the performance management process, including preparing communications and following up with managers throughout the evaluation cycle.
• Supporting onboarding activities, including sending questionnaires, analyzing responses and following up with new employees when necessary.
• Updating and maintaining HR documentation on the company intranet.
• Organizing HRBP meetings and follow-up meetings with managers and management teams.
• Supporting Senior HRBPs and HRBPs with ad hoc requests, including SAP SuccessFactors reporting.
• Assisting managers and employees with questions related to HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Identifying recurring questions and opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes.

Your profile

• Relevant hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and comfortable working with data and figures.
• Solution-oriented and service-minded.
• Able to manage priorities and adapt your planning when needed.
• Fluent in Dutch and able to communicate in French as a second language.
