ClearSource in Brussels is seeking an HRBP Officer to support the HRBP Office with SAP SuccessFactors operations, email communications, performance management, onboarding, and reporting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, structured work style, and strong analytical skills, with fluency in French or Dutch and passive knowledge of the other language. It is a temporary contract running until end of 2027 with a hybrid work arrangement and ASAP start.

Responsabilités

• Perform various operations in SAP SuccessFactors, including creating new job vacancies, positions and job functions; cleaning up vacant positions; processing transfers and promotions; creating new organisational structures; etc.
• Prepare email communications relating to Performance Management and create distribution lists.
• Monitor the performance review cycle, including sending reminders to managers regarding the input of scores and the definition of objectives.
• Send questionnaires, for example to new employees as part of the onboarding process, analyse the responses and, where necessary, meet with employees to gain a better understanding of their answers.
• Update and maintain documentation on the intranet and supplement it where appropriate.
• Schedule various meetings, including HRBP Office meetings, meetings between HRBPs, follow‑up meetings between HRBPs and the People Managers within their respective scope, and meetings between HRBP and management teams regarding Performance Management.
• Assist Senior HRBPs and HRBPs with ad hoc requests, such as extracting reports from SAP SuccessFactors and retrieving job descriptions.
• Assist People Managers and employees with ad hoc questions, particularly regarding the use of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Identify frequently asked questions and explore more efficient working methods, for example through communications on Pulse.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, analyse them and ensure their implementation.
