Job summary

24Flow is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our fast-paced SaaS startup, helping to optimize shopfloor operators’ processes using our platform. You will work directly with clients from initiation to completion, guiding projects from concept through implementation and tailoring the 24Flow solution to meet each client’s manufacturing and logistics needs.

The role combines business analysis with solution delivery, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, IT or a Bachelor’s in Electronics with interest in manufacturing/logistics
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar position preferred
• Background may include IT but passion is applying technology to solve real-world business problems
• Strong communication, assertiveness and analytical mindset
• Fluency in English and Dutch required; French is a plus

We are on the lookout for a motivated Business Analyst to enrich our vibrant team and propel our growth further.

Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst at 24Flow, you will dive deep into the functional and technical aspects of our client projects from initiation to completion. This role is less about coding and more about leveraging your solution and project management skills to deliver tailor-made solutions that enhance our clients' manufacturing and operational processes using the 24Flow platform.

What You'll Do:

• Engage directly with clients to understand their operational challenges and co-develop effective solutions.
• Take charge of projects, guiding them from concept through to implementation, ensuring solutions are both practical and innovative.
• Utilize the 24Flow platform to its fullest potential, configuring and adapting it to meet specific business needs with the support of our experienced team.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, IT, or a Bachelor’s in Electronics, with a fervent interest in manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Your background may include IT, but your passion lies in applying technology to solve real-world business problems.
• An adept problem-solver, your skills extend beyond technical know-how to include stellar communication, assertiveness, and an analytical mindset.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with French proficiency as a bonus.
