Job summary

Craftzing Group NV is seeking a medior/senior Business Analyst to bridge client ambitions with digital delivery. You’ll connect client objectives to delivery teams, translating complex challenges into structured roadmaps, processes, and success metrics.

You’ll gather requirements, guide workshops, and ensure outcomes deliver long‑term impact across platforms and services. English and Dutch fluency are essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a business analyst in digital environments.
• Translate high‑level objectives into actionable roadmaps and requirements.
• Experience gathering requirements via workshops and interviews.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
