Vlerick Business School is seeking a Junior Programme Manager for Masters to coordinate the Masters in Marketing Strategy and Masters in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the Ghent campus. You will schedule classes, plan study tours, and act as the main contact for students and faculty.

You will ensure course administration, communications, and programme quality, collaborating with the programme director and management team while supporting career and alumni events.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor’s degree with 2 to 5 years of work experience.
• Very good command of written and spoken English, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Canvas or another LMS is a plus.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• International mindset and respect for cultural diversity.
• Reliable, diligent, and highly organised.
• Team player who can work autonomously with a proactive attitude.
• Flexible and willing to join weeklong study tours abroad, occasional evening activities.
• Based on Ghent campus; living in or near Ghent is recommended; partial WFH May–August.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for the organisation and coordination of Masters at the Ghent campus.
• Schedule classes and programme events, organising and attending international study tours and off-campus activities.
• Prepare and follow-up of all programme courses, including attendance, grading, and assessment.
• Act as a single point of contact for both students and faculty; ensure clear and professional communication.
• Monitor programme quality and take action to improve the learning experience of our students.
• Provide support to and attending extracurricular events such as career and alumni activities, the opening of the academic year, graduation ceremony, etc.
• Work closely together with the programme director and programme management team.
