Ghent University in Ghent invites applications for the Assistant department of Marketing, Innovation and Organisation. The role focuses on supporting CSI-UGent by teaching and conducting research aligned with service innovation.

You will assist teaching activities in English and Dutch, supervise bachelor’s and master’s theses, and contribute to the department’s internal and external services. The position starts 15 October 2026 and lasts two years, with possible renewal.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; diploma requirements met by appointment time.
• Ability to supervise course components in Dutch and/or English.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in teaching activities of CSI-UGent members.
• Supervise large groups of bachelor’s and master’s students in English- and/or Dutch language assignments and master’s theses.
• Contribute to the internal and external services of the department.
