Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior marketing expert to develop data-driven campaigns for investment products and services. You will turn customer insights into ongoing communication that boosts engagement and conversion.

You will create integrated campaigns across owned, earned and paid media, design journeys across online and offline touchpoints, and optimise digital sales paths for lead generation. Collaboration with stakeholders and partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in strategic marketing and communications.
• Proven performance marketing experience (SEA/SEO/programmatic).
• Data-driven decisions using Google Analytics and CDPs.
• Knowledge of optichannel strategies, marketing analytics, customer journey optimization and CRM.
• Proven PM and communications strategy implementation in financial services.
• Strong organizational insight and stakeholder management.
• Commercial awareness and focus on customer needs with measurable results.
• Dutch (written and spoken, C1).
• French (written and spoken, C1).
• English (written and spoken, C1).

Responsibilities
