Asenium Consulting is seeking a senior marketing professional to deliver data-driven campaigns and strengthen customer engagement in the banking sector. You will lead integrated campaigns across owned, earned and paid media, translating insights into actions that boost engagement.

You'll design end-to-end customer journeys, apply CRM and lifecycle management, and experiment with AI-driven personalization to optimise performance across channels.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing and communication.
• Proven experience delivering campaigns in the financial sector.
• Expertise in performance marketing (SEA, SEO and programmatic).
• Strong data-driven decision making using Google Analytics and CDPs.
• Deep knowledge of marketing analytics, customer journeys, and integrated online/offline strategies.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics or Communications.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated campaigns across owned, earned and paid media, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.


• Translate customer insights and market research into actions that improve engagement and conversion.


• Design end-to-end servicing and commercial customer journeys, integrating lifecycle management and CRM principles.


• Develop always-on campaigns and predictive journeys, experimenting with AI-driven personalisation.


• Analyse campaign KPIs, identify customer friction points and optimise performance.


• Improve digital sales journeys, lead generation and digital touchpoints based on customer behaviour.


• Apply Agile experimentation, testing hypotheses and continuously adapting campaign priorities.


• Coordinate commercial teams and external partners while managing project budgets and deadlines.

Must-have requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic marketing and communication.


• Proven experience managing projects and implementing communication strategies within the financial industry.


• Expertise in performance marketing: SEA, SEO and programmatic advertising.


• Strong experience with data-driven decision-making, Google Analytics and customer data platforms (CDPs).


• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, customer journey optimisation, CRM principles and integrated online/offline strategies.


• Master’s degree in Communication, Economics or Marketing.


• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
