Job summary

Essensys is seeking a senior marketing leader in Belgium to guide the marketing team and align with general management and commercial stakeholders.

You will deepen positioning, branding, thought leadership, and demand generation while optimizing digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in software, SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• Strong expertise in positioning, content marketing, thought leadership and demand generation.
• Proficient with digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation and data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team (3 FTE) in close collaboration with general management and commercial stakeholders.
• Further develop and professionalize the marketing activities (positioning, branding, thought leadership, etc).
• Optimize digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM and data analytics.
