Responsibilities

• Abide by all safety rules and maintain safe working conditions.
• Conduct safety training topics as required and lead toolbox talks.
• Investigate accidents and near misses and document/root-cause actions.
• Develop solutions for complex problems affecting plant layout, design and construction.
• Serve as primary contact for local facilities projects and lead reviews of cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Coordinate with Fab Manager to maintain quality of all work processes and prepare regular reports.
• Lead ongoing improvement of fabrication processes and benchmark best practices globally.
• Ensure FEM program is implemented and TPM programs are in place and followed.

Learn more about how our innovative piping products and design services can engineer confidence into your build by visiting our website. **The Role**As **Manufacturing Engineer,** you will be primarily responsible for troubleshooting and continuous support of process improvement for the identified areas. **What you will do**- Abide by all company safety rules, regulations, and policies, ensuring that safe and sanitary working conditions are maintained.- Conduct safety training topics as required or needed.- Responsible for attending/leading all assigned safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions. As required, promptly investigate accidents and near misses, completing appropriate reports and taking action to eliminate root causes.- Develop solutions to a variety of complex - and sometimes unusual problems, that require independent judgement and ingenuity to modify procedure standards related to plant layout, design and construction.- Acts as primary contact for local facilities project activities and leads project reviews of cost, schedule and technical performance.- Coordinate with Fab Manager and teams to maintain quality of all work process systems and assist the Fab Manager to prepare reports on regular basis.- Participate in the ongoing improvement and enhancement of existing processes related to fabrication.
