Victaulic Europe B.V. in Belgium is seeking a Fabrication Coordinator to manage prefabrication orders and the flow of raw materials and finished products. You will plan daily production activities, coordinate with Customer Care, Logistics, VDC and suppliers, and draw up schedules to meet deadlines.

• Proven eye for quality, safety and efficiency.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Willing and able to travel within EMEA as required.
• English language required; Dutch preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage prefabrication orders and the flow of raw materials and finished products.

• Ensure good communication between Customer Care, Logistics, VDC and external suppliers.
• Draw up and follow production schedules considering deadlines and customer needs.
• Prioritize and expedite incoming orders to ensure on-time availability.
• Manage stock of raw materials and replenishment.
• Monitor quality and ensure products meet set standards.
• Report production data, performance and deviations to the Fabrication Operations Manager.
• Assist in organizing transportation to customers and subcontractors.

The Role

As a Fabrication Coordinator you will be part of the team responsible for effectively and efficiently managing our prefabrication orders and the flow of raw materials and finished products. Planning and organizing the daily production activities within your team to ensure an efficient workflow. Ensuring good communication and cooperation between the different teams and departments (Customer care, Logistics, VDC, external suppliers) within our prefabrication locations. Drawing up and following up production schedules, taking deadlines and customer requirements into account. Prioritize and expedite all incoming orders to ensure on-time availability. Manage the stock of raw materials and materials and ensure that they are replenished in a timely manner. Monitor quality and ensure that products meet the set standards and specifications. Reporting production data, performance and any deviations to the Fabrication Operations Manager. Assist in organizing transportation to our customers & subcontractors.

About You

You have a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience. You have an eye for quality, safety and efficiency. Experience with the ERP system is considered a plus (Infor M3). Strong proficiency in Excel. You have good organizational and planning skills. Willing and able to travel within EMEA as required. You speak English and preferably Dutch.
