Victaulic in Nazareth, Belgium, seeks a Fabrication Coordinator to manage prefabrication orders and flow of materials. You will plan daily production activities, optimize schedules, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating across Customer Care, Logistics and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree, strong Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, and a willingness to travel within the EMEA region. English is required; Dutch preferred.

• Experience with ERP systems is considered a plus (Infor M3).
• Strong proficiency in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Plan and organize daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate communication between teams (Customer care, Logistics, VDC, suppliers).
• Draw up and follow production schedules considering deadlines and customer needs.
• Prioritize and expedite orders to ensure on-time availability.
• Manage stock of raw materials and replenish timely.
• Monitor quality and report deviations to Fabrication Operations Manager.
