Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior Manager to lead business transformation efforts in Belgium and beyond. You will drive growth, shape client engagements across Business, Sustainability, and Digital & Data, and mentor a team of consultants to deliver high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years’ experience in management consulting or a strategic leadership role with a track record in project and team leadership.

• Masters Degree in relevant field.
• Strong professional network in Belgium with ability to originate, close, and deliver projects.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
