Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch Speaking Content Moderation/Customer Service Agent to join our Malta-based team. You will review user content and assist Dutch-speaking users across chat, email and phone to ensure a positive experience.

We value attention to detail, strong English skills, and a willingness to relocate. The role blends moderation with frontline customer support in a dynamic iGaming environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Experience in customer service or content moderation is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and moderation tools is beneficial.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.
• Interest in online safety and moderation is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and moderate user content to ensure adherence to community standards
• Offer exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to our Dutch-speaking audience
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall user experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and moderation activities
• Provide feedback on user trends and moderation process improvements
• Keep updated on best practices within the content moderation and customer service sphere
