Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to Dutch‑speaking clients
• Promptly address and resolve customer questions and concerns
• Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with your team to ensure the delivery of high‑quality service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collect and relay customer feedback to assist in continuous service improvement
• Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of products and enhance service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
• Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and engage with a new culture
• A passion for gaming and understanding of the iGaming industry is highly valued
