• Provide guidance and support to customers regarding our gaming services
• Collaborate with your team to maintain high-quality service standards
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Gather and relay customer feedback to drive service improvements
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and product knowledge

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
• Previous experience in customer care or a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
